Nós Por Nós

"Nós Por Nós" is the scenic project from Teatro Sarcáustico: an original work that is built on the understanding of affections as possible forms of reaction, revolution and resistance in times when we witness so many restrictions on the rights of bodies, loves, spaces and knowledge.

Interacting with our bodies and confronting the affects means in this play to perform an affective terrorism that can disassociate us from our daily life that insists on politically coercing us.

The original scenic dramaturgy of Nós Por Nós is elaborated from performers' autobiographical processes and how these processes affect each other, but also from various references, such as music, texts, journalistic articles, films and works of art that deal with this same universe.
